To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App.

Modification of Terms

SSL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
